Fractional Technical & Product Leadership

What it is

Part-time engineering or product leadership, typically one to two days a week: roadmap ownership, technical decision-making, and the translation layer between business stakeholders and the people actually building and delivering the software.

The first month

We start by reviewing your goals, roadmap, team responsibilities, and current delivery risks. Together we agree which decisions I own, which remain with your existing leaders, and the priorities for the engagement.

How one or two days a week works

We agree a regular schedule around the team’s planning and decision-making needs. I work with your existing managers and suppliers, with clear responsibilities, escalation routes, and expectations for availability between scheduled days.

Teams with a leadership gap — too small for a full-time senior hire, too far along to keep going without one.
